ORIENTAL BROCCOLI SLAW

1 lb. broccoli slaw mix

2 bunches chopped green onions

1 c sunflower seeds (insides only)

1 c slivered toasted almonds (bake at 375º about 6 minutes)

2 pkg Oriental ramen noodles

DRESSING:

1 c oil

scant 1 c sugar

scant 1/3 c white vinegar

2 pkg Oriental seasoning packets (from the noodles)

Rinse slaw & mix with the onions. Crush the noodles & add to slaw. Mix. Add almonds & sunflower seeds.

Mix ingredients for dressing together in a separate bowl. Toss with salad & refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Best when chilled overnight.

YIELD: 8 - 10 servings
